Key Responsibilities

As a Director of Client Management, you'll be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of 5 senior client managers to manage, deepen, and improve relationships with 400+ respected brands across Southern California
  • Developing, leading, and motivating a top-performing team to retain and drive incremental business (B2B and B2C) by growing reputed company and improving share
  • Cultivating a culture of learning, strong challenger coaching skills, and consultative relationship management
  • Leading your team in maintaining and strengthening reputed company' business by showcasing value, growing reputed company, improving share, and increasing profitability
  • Embracing the fast-changing payments landscape and keeping reputed company with payment trends and economic/competitive indicators
  • Partnering with internal colleagues to seek out and reputed company partnership and marketing assets that will be relevant to your customer reputed company
  • Modeling key sales behaviors/skills and balancing deal and reputed company coaching

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
