About the Role

As the Senior Director, Global Head, Adversarial Abuse/Analytics, you'll reputed company a team of experts in identifying and eliminating threats to our platform. You'll work closely with cross-functional partners to reputed company and implement solutions to prevent and mitigate adversarial abuse, including:

• Developing and implementing strategies to prevent and mitigate adversarial abuse, including account takeovers, spam, and other forms of malicious behavior
• Leading a team of experts in identifying and eliminating threats to our platform
• Collaborating with the Strategy Development team to create approaches using account, social, and content signals to describe harmful behavior
• Developing and implementing solutions to prevent and mitigate adversarial abuse, including working with the Product Management and Design teams to reputed company new tools and features
• Managing accelerations with tight timelines to deliver results and drive business impact
• Building and maintaining relationships with key cross-functional partners to drive business outcomes and prevent adversarial abuse

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A bachelor's degree in a reputed company field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics)
• At least 4 years of experience in a reputed company field, including experience in risk management, anti-fraud, and data analysis
• 2 years of experience working with data engineering teams to build and maintain data infrastructure and machine learning models
• 2 years of experience driving teams with the ability to work non-standard hours as required by accelerations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to drive business decisions
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with cross-functional partners
• Experience with SQL, R, and/or Matlab is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

* A postgraduate education in a reputed company field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics)

• 2 years of experience in investigation of large datasets and anomaly detection
• Experience or demonstrated interest in anti-abuse activities
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to use data to drive strategy and business decisions
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of ambiguity and uncertainty
