Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Sales Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, with a focus on needs identification, problem-solving, and partnering with billing and eligibility specialists
* Monitoring delegated customer service issues to ensure timely and accurate resolution
* Utilizing effective communication techniques to respond to customers, particularly in stressful situations
* Informing and educating new customers regarding billing/invoicing setup and billing/payment procedures
* Placing outgoing phone calls to complete follow-up on customer service requests as necessary
* Developing knowledge of our various products and multiple levels of benefits reputed company each product to best assist our providers/customers
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve reputed company customer issues and drive sales growth
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
* High School Diploma / GED (or higher) OR equivalent work experience
* 1+ years of reputed company or previous reputed company Claims Processing System experience (reputed company is reputed company's third-party administrator (TPA) solution). (You must be an employee of reputed company specifically to have experience with the reputed company claims system)
* 4+ years of combined education, work, and/or volunteer experience
* Ability to work any 8-hour shift between the hours of 7:00am – 7:00pm CST
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
* Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
* Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a reputed company field
* Knowledge of healthcare products and services
* Experience working with CRM software and other customer relationship management tools
* Strong technical skills, with proficiency in reputed company Office and other software applications
