We're now seeking a design leader to head our exceptional team of UX designers who are building supplier-facing tools and experiences, enabling Wayfair suppliers to effectively install Wayfair and grow their business.

About the Role

We're looking for an Associate Director of Product Design to reputed company our UX design team in creating innovative, user-centered experiences that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. As a key member of the digital product leadership team, you'll collaborate closely with partners from various departments to align UX efforts with business objectives and customer needs. You'll be responsible for developing and executing a clear strategy for the customer experience, driving a deep understanding of our clients' needs, behaviors, and pain points, and translating customer insights into meaningful design principles and strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience Vision and Methodology:

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Data Engineering, or a reputed company field.
• A solid understanding of design processes; knowledge of what's possible and what's difficult to reputed company and/or implement in a digital environment.

• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS; hands-on skills are a plus.
