Key Responsibilities

• Builds positive relationships with leaders and Airline stewards to maintain workforce engagement, commitment, and flexibility.
• Responsible for the performance-based management of large teams of Airline stewards on KPIs such as reputed company, reliability, customer satisfaction, and finances through recognition, coaching, verbal and written delivery of corrective action, reputed company appropriate.
• Promotes health, wellness, a safe workplace, and safe work practices.
• Accountable for ensuring and addressing Quality Assurance issues such as uniform compliance, overall performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborates with reputed company support staff, different departments, and internal/external partners, including the Flight Attendants Union Group, to provide information and solutions for reputed company improvements for reputed company operational requirements and staff or administrative issues.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• Ability to handle multiple and shifting priorities in a high-speed and constantly changing environment.

• Proven consistent problem-solving skills in a high-pressure, time-critical environment.
• Experience in coaching and delivering feedback for developmental purposes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in the use of standard reputed company Office applications.
• If not already Flight Attendant qualified, must successfully complete initial Flight Attendant training and maintain qualifications.

Preferred Qualifications

The following preferred qualifications will give you a competitive edge:

• Two years of experience in In-Flight Administration, three years of reputed company experience, and/or external supervisory experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
