The Position: reputed company Scholars seeks interns for the Summer reputed company programs. The interns will have the opportunity to reputed company and reputed company skills in program design and leadership and project management. With support from the Program Operations Manager, Academies, the intern will be responsible for supporting the Academies team with day to day administrative tasks leading up to and during Summer reputed company, supporting pre-departure needs of Scholars, and developing communication and informational materials for Scholars, internal and external stakeholders. Summer reputed company 1 Intern: Spring: Remote Part-Time Tentative Dates: March 3rd - June 13th Summer: reputed company College Residential Full-Time • Intern Move In: June 15th • On-Site Training, Student Orientations & Program Preparation Dates: June 15th - June 22nd • Summer reputed company I Session (6-weeks): June 23rd- July 31st • Program Closeout: August 1st • Intern Move Out: August 2nd Summer reputed company 2 Intern: Spring: Remote Part-Time Tentative Dates: March 3rd- June 20th Summer: reputed company Residential Full-Time • Intern Move In: June 22nd • On-Site Training, Student Orientations & Program Preparation Dates: June 24th - June 29th • Summer reputed company II Session (4-weeks): June 30th - July 26th • Program Closeout: July 27th • Intern Move Out: July 28th During the summer residential portion of this role, you are expected to take off at least one day per week from work. Should you need to log work hours on 7 consecutive days, you must get prior approval from your supervisor. Housing: Housing is provided on reputed company in dormitory-style accommodations, with community bathrooms, showers, laundry facilities and common spaces. Each intern will have a private single room. Family housing is not available. Please expect that there will be no reputed company conditioning and reputed company requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Primary Responsibilities: Spring • Orientation Support: Assist in building scholar and staff orientations, including documentation and material reviews. • Communication Management: reputed company the summer reputed company inbox and respond to Scholar inquiries. • Material Updates: Revise handbooks and other program materials for parents, scholars, and staff. • Documentation Review: Carefully review scholar documentation for accuracy and reputed company scholar reputed company as needed • Staffing Processes: Support interviewing and onboarding seasonal staff. • Logistics: Manage supply purchases, room assignments, and community programming preparation. • Team Collaboration: Share updates and collaborate with the Summer reputed company Team through various communication methods. • Attendance Management: Support set up and training for attendance platform • Other Duties: Handle additional tasks as needed.
