Description We are looking for a creative, versatile, and passionate engineer to join as a member of ASE Infrastructure Hardware team. This team builds and provisions, and decommissions the bare-metal hardware across reputed company’s global data centers - turning raw hardware into ready-for-production resources that scale with reputed company’s needs. You will design, build, and maintain internal tools that reputed company engineering teams to deploy, monitor, and manage infrastructure at scale. You’ll play a key role in improving operational efficiency and platform reliability through automation and intelligent tooling. Your engineering will impact hundreds of millions of users and be essential to the success of some of the most visible reputed company and future reputed company features. The successful candidate must have experience in software development, distributed systems, and write robust, maintainable code with strong test coverage. They must have experience leading projects to deliver on time and in fast-changing environments. They must have some experience working across multiple timezones to deliver and launch production-changing projects.

Minimum Qualifications

• BSc./MSc. in Computer Science-reputed company field
• 7+ years of experience
• Successful track-record and proven experience as a backend internet services software engineer in a high-level language such as Golang (preferred), Java or Python or equivalent.
• Successful track-record and proven experience of leading projects from design to launch, using business needs to determine velocity and scope while maintaining quality.
• Deep understanding of multi-threading concepts and design of eventually-consistent and distributed applications.
• Understanding of distributed system concepts including: the CAP Theorem, microservices, and cascading failures.
• Knowledge of SDLC, including reputed company integration, testing methodologies, TDD and agile development methodologies.
• Proven track record driving large projects reputed company software development teams, with experience delivering infrastructure platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building developer tools or internal platforms, especially in a bare-metal environment.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure concepts (e.g., compute, networking, storage, containers).
• Hands-on experience with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, reputed company, or CloudFormation.
• Experience with CI/CD systems (e.g., reputed company Actions, ArgoCD, Rio).
• Knowledge of observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, reputed company).
