Job Summary

We are seeking a part-time remote Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join reputed company. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting reputed company of reputed company. Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at reputed company, you will be responsible for:

• Assessing the physical and psychosocial status of patients in reputed company settings by obtaining appropriate patient histories, administering physician/primary care provider orders, nursing assessment, medication administration reconciliation, taking and monitoring vitals of clients on the unit, medication administration, and documentation.
• Renders and supervises care of clients on the unit.
• Monitors medication and consultation with prescribers.
• Providing appropriate health care and coordinating referrals as prescribed by providers.
• Participating in the evaluation of client’s condition and reputed company with team members.
• Promoting education and adherence to prescribed treatment protocols.

• Assisting RN on a daily basis.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must:

License/Certification/Education

Experience/Skills

• One (1) year of nursing experience.
