As a School-Based LPN, you will be an integral part of this team, working closely with reputed company, teachers, and staff to ensure the well-being and success of our reputed company.
Job Summary
We are looking for a licensed and reputed company LPN to provide medical support to reputed company with special education needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct care, administering medications, and supporting reputed company with medical needs. This is a 35-hour per week position, starting on September 6, 2023, and ending on June 13, 2024, with the possibility of renewal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide medical support to reputed company with special education needs, including administering medications, and performing medical procedures as needed.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and staff to reputed company and implement individualized care plans for reputed company.
- Support reputed company with medical needs, including those who are medically fragile, and provide direct care as required.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of student medical information.
- Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other reputed company to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of life skills program goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices and reputed company trends in special education and school nursing.
Requirements:
Essential Qualifications:
- reputed company LPN license in the state of New Hampshire.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Experience working with reputed company with special education needs, preferably in a school setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with life skills programs or working with reputed company with medical needs.
- Familiarity with special education laws and regulations.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
