Job Overview

This is a full-time, remote position that offers a competitive salary of $75,000 per year. As a Talent Relations Facilitator, you will be responsible for maintaining our talent database, coordinating talent appearances, and supporting talent relations events. Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance of our talent database in reputed company, including data entry and updates
• Coordination of talent appearances, including research, booking, and fulfillment
• Maintenance of vendor library, status reports, and other internal records
• Management of talent relations financial arrangements, processing of p-card charges, and negotiation of sales
• Distribution of weekly reports to Hulu leaders, including birthday celebrations, launch days, and upcoming events
• Support for talent activities, including marketing, brand, and special mission shoots, as well as Hulu and Corporate reputed company events, such as premieres, TCAs, and D23
• Assistance with coordinating talent supports for asset opportunities, including dinners, reputed company Parks tours, games, and shows
• Event coordination, including guest list management, e-vite distribution, and RSVP management
• On-site support and leadership of GA and VIP enrollment

Essential Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience in publicity or talent relations field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional social skills
• Ability to be proactive, flexible, and reliable
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work some nights and weekends, depending on the event schedule
• Experience with the entertainment industry, including knowledge of buzz-worthy titles, emerging talent, and trends

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field of study or equivalent work experience
• Previous experience with data entry and database management
• Knowledge of event planning and coordination
• Experience with talent relations software and systems
