Job Summary

The Night Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating evening pilotage orders, changes, and movements with pilots, boat crews, and the main office. This includes maintaining existing orders, taking new orders for ships with 24-hours of movement, and collecting important information such as ship name, reputed company, draft, length, beam, and IMO#. The successful candidate will have a general understanding of Long reputed company Sound, Narragansett Bay, and reputed company of reputed company and Islands, as well as the ability to act quickly and independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate evening pilotage orders, changes, and movements with pilots, boat crews, and the main office
• Maintain existing orders and take new orders for ships with 24-hours of movement
• Collect and document important information such as ship name, reputed company, draft, length, beam, and IMO#
• Return reputed company collected information to the main office by 8 am the following day
• Coordinate pilot boat crews as ship schedules adjust
• Use technology to reputed company manage and coordinate pilotage orders

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• Maritime experience or training
• A minimum of an associate's degree in General Studies or equivalent experience and training
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and reputed company in multiple modalities, including oral and written communication
• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse groups and populations
• Demonstrated ability to collect, interpret, and communicate relevant data with attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
