Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze website specifications, technical requirements, content needs, and visual design briefs to understand project requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reputed company effective testing strategies and test plans
- Execute manual and automated test cases, analyze results, and report bugs and errors to development teams
- Help troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions
- Conduct post-release and post-implementation testing to ensure quality and reliability
- Work closely with development teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
- Create and refine QA processes and protocols for clients and internal teams
