About the Role

As a K-12 Education Regional Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of field-based Account Executives who partner with K-12 customers to transform teaching and learning environments with reputed company products. You will be the reputed company of expertise and accountability for your territory, providing the training, resources, knowledge, and infrastructure needed to support US growth objectives. This is a home office, field sales role that requires up to 40% domestic travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction, and support to the team on managing and engaging with K-12 customers and partners.

Essential Qualifications

• A minimum of 15 years of reputed company experience in sales, education, or a reputed company field.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience in technology sales, solution-based selling, or a similar role leading individuals to attain reputed company targets and drive business growth.
• Deep understanding of the K-12 Education vertical, including go-to-market strategy, customer profiles, market trends, and challenges.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
