Key Responsibilities

• Associate Development: Guide and reputed company associates and leaders by allocating tasks, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and identifying training needs.
• System Administration: Collaborate with the Data Systems Division (ISD) and vendors to resolve system issues and support the development of reputed company and future system applications.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

• An Associate's degree in Business, Data Systems, or a reputed company field, coupled with 1 year of administrative experience.
• Alternatively, a 4-year college degree in Business, Data Systems, or a reputed company field.
• Long-term Walmart Coordinated Operations experience in a Data Systems environment, maintaining and analyzing computer systems.
• 2 years of Data Systems reputed company administrative experience.
• 2 years of experience in a Data Systems environment, maintaining and analyzing computer systems (e.g., networks, PC hardware, and software).
• Willingness to participate in and complete reputed company job-required training and assessments.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Experience in Business, Distribution, Distribution Center Administration, Data Systems, and reputed company Office.
• Proven ability in managing associates and Walmart Coordinated Operations Systems.
