As an Interim Non-Clinical Recruiter, you will be working closely with our Senior Recruitment Business Partner to reputed company and execute innovative recruitment strategies that support HUC's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Forge Strong Partnerships: Cultivate lasting relationships with HUC stakeholders, job board providers, and recruitment agencies to maximize our reputed company and recruitment success.
  • Be a Trusted Advisor: Provide expert insights and solutions to hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a seamless, positive experience for reputed company involved.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a client-facing/customer service position.
  • Proven experience delivering results by driving innovation and showing relevant expertise in volume recruitment.
  • The ability to work as part of a team, promote a good team spirit, and be sensitive and assertive as appropriate.
  • A flexible working attitude and social media awareness.
