Are you an experienced Legal Secretary working on a Virtual Assistant basis and looking for additional clients or someone thinking about starting a career as a Legal Virtual Assistant? Please do not apply if you don't have 3+ years experience as a Legal Secratary! The VA Hub have legal clients looking for virtual Legal Secreataries on a PAYG basis. This is a unique and exciting prospect. Be self-employed but without the hassle of having to find new clients! The Virtual Assistant Hub Ltd is an intermediary that matches VAâs with suitable clients, handling all the small details in between to allow for long term professional working relationships to grow. Being self-employed can be daunting so why not let the VA hub support you on your way. What are we looking for? We are looking for experienced Legal Secretaries who are looking to start a career on a VA basis or who are already working on a freelance basis to join our hub . These are remote assignments predominantly in an administrative capacity. We will need you to be flexible but you can expect the assignments to include: ⢠Case management ⢠Invoicing ⢠Client on-boarding ⢠Anti-money laundering checks ⢠Know your Client checks ⢠Attending meetings (remotely) and preparing attendance notes ⢠Drafting Letters ⢠Audio Typing ⢠And any other projects that are required! These assignments will need a 'can doâ attitude as we never know what the clients will ask us to deliver; yet we pride ourselves on accepting the challenge head on. What will you need: ⢠3+ years experience in a Legal Secretary role ⢠Experience of Clio and/or other Case Management Systems ⢠The ability to work on your own initiative with good self-motivation ⢠First class communication skills (both written and spoken) ⢠Work well under pressure, delivering to tight deadlines ⢠Be IT proficient ⢠Good Word, Excel and Analytical skills ⢠Have amazing attention to detail ⢠Be happy to work from home/virtual office, Are you looking for an exciting new challenge with the flexibility to build your live the way you want to?
