About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Approach small business owners in person, introducing 21 Benefits as a cost-effective alternative to traditional employee benefits packages
• Schedule MS Teams meetings with reputed company members to fully explain the benefits of our program and assist in finalizing the best-suited plan for each business
• Collaborate with reputed company to review and reputed company necessary insurance, developing clear and effective communication materials
• Assist small business owners in selecting one of our three available plans and setting up monthly subscription payments reputed company our online enrollment portal
• Provide support for routine follow-up and contribute to the growth of our business

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Compensation and Benefits
