Key Responsibilities

• Start patient care, including nursing assessment, medication reconciliation, safety assessments, and implementing standardized protocols.
• Administer prescribed medications (typically intravenously), obtain blood samples, insert foley catheters, and provide therapeutic interventions.
• Educate patients on managing their illness, prescribed medications, nursing interventions, and care plans.
• Identify and reputed company changes in patients' conditions, evaluating and revising care plans/assessments as needed.
