Responsibilities

As a Hospitality Account Concierge, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing an exceptional experience for our Members reputed company email, chat, calls, and SMS.
• Personalizing replies in reputed company channels to ensure a human touch.
• Multi-tasking between reputed company channels to ensure seamless service.
• Communicating directly and clearly with your team to ensure alignment and efficiency.
• Maintaining a "can-do" attitude and taking accountability for your actions.
• Meeting department objectives for key metrics, including calls answered, median first reply time, total resolution time, and CSAT score.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing position, preferably in a luxury or hospitality setting.
• Experience working remotely and managing your time effectively.
• Knowledge of wine and the ability to speak about it extensively.
• Proficiency in working between multiple programs in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for learning and growing with our company.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Fine dining Hospitality experience, which will be a significant plus.
• Previous experience in a similar role or industry.
