Job Duties and Responsibilities We are seeking a strategic Systems Analyst for Recruiting Technologies to cultivate strong business relationships and reputed company the daily operations of our recruiting technology ecosystem, while also spearheading strategic recruiting initiatives. This role is responsible for recruitment system administration, with a strong emphasis on the iCIMS platform, its configurations, integrations, and AI-driven enhancements to support business goals. A successful candidate will partner extensively with cross-functional teams, nurture key stakeholder relationships and drive the effective use and performance of our systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Technology Strategy & Implementation

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute strategic recruiting technology projects, including system upgrades, process automation, and new tool rollouts
- Drive adoption and implementation of new and existing tools, system enhancements, and process improvements

- System Administration & Optimization
- Serve as a primary system administrator for recruiting technologies, with a specialized focus on the iCIMS platform, including user management, configuration, troubleshooting, and ensuring optimal performance
- Provide governance over recruiting systems, ensuring user access, reputed company, and data reputed company
- Monitor and analyze system utilization, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Execute system updates and enhancements, configurations, and troubleshooting
- Integration & Process Automation

Skills, Experience and Requirements Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, HR, Business, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting systems administration, HRIS, or a similar role
Skills and Qualifications:
- Hands-on expertise with ATS and CRM platforms, with preference for iCIMS experience
- Knowledge of system integrations, APIs, and middleware tools (e.g., reputed company, Mulesoft)
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting system data and performance metrics
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate technical concepts effectively to business teams
- Familiarity with recruiting workflows and best practices is a plus
