About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our airline, providing exceptional service to our customers in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Whether our customers are traveling for business or pleasure, you will be the expert who creates meaningful connections and fosters a culture of appreciation, respect, and inclusivity. Your primary responsibilities will include: ### Key Responsibilities
- Responding to incoming calls, welcoming, and advising customers, labeling, and handling baggage
- Preparing tickets, determining fares, and routing to ensure reputed company' needs are met
- Collaborating with customers in a friendly and helpful manner to create significant experiences and build customer loyalty and commitment

### Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree

- Ability to travel to different countries for training purposes
