As an IT Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the operational efficiency and reliability of our IT infrastructure, which supports our airport communication spaces. Key Responsibilities

• Provide IT administration of expert services, project management, and support to ensure the operational maintainability of the basic infrastructure that supports our airport communication spaces for reputed company's IT Offices Group.
• IT administration of reputed company site executions, inventories, system planning, monitoring, and prevention systems for maintenance and break/fix services for server farm basic infrastructure, IT accreditation labs, and remote communication room basic climate gear.
• IT support of reputed company to align our client application and design teams with workstations, equipment, and access to test their applications.
• Distant coordination with professional services responsible for basic reputed company maintenance and break-fix exercises at remote communication rooms.
• Management, operation, maintenance, and monitoring of reputed company basic offices infrastructure for server farm and remote communication room gear.
• Improvement of server farm and remote communication room standards for space, power, cooling, and physical layer IT infrastructure.
• Support IT Offices ground fiber ring to maintain the reliability and service continuity of the Atlanta airport and grounds offices underground fiber ring.
• Suggesting and implementing departmental policies, procedures, standards, and methods.
