You must reside Texas.Part-Time Shifts:reputed company times listed are in Central Standard Time (CST).Monday & Tuesday: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM (22 hours/week)Monday & Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM (22 hours/week)Monday & Wednesday: 9:30 AM - 3:30 PM (12 hours/week)Monday, Wednesday & Thursday: 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM (15 hours/week)Pay Transparency:The reputed company pay for this role is: $19.00 per hour. You are also eligible for select employee benefits and vacation accrual of up to 64 hours per year.ResponsibilitiesDevelop a comprehensive understanding of the reputed company processes, procedures, and tools associated with the Oscar business model.Work with members, brokers, providers, and Oscar vendors through multiple channels according to assignment needsManage an assigned caseload, maintaining service delivery, productivity, and quality expectationsForm working relationships with reputed company partners.Support the leadership team by identifying issues through established escalation pathwaysMonitor and track the health of reputed company assigned work-in-reputed company issues.Escalate and resolve issues to ensure appropriate turnaround timesParticipate in process improvement projectsComply with reputed company operational, regulatory, and compliance standards relating to member Personal Health Information (PHI)Compliance with reputed company applicable laws and regulationsOther duties as assignedQualifications1+ years of experience in a high-volume or customer-focused setting.1+ years of healthcare experienceHigh school diploma or GEDBonus PointsStrong quantitative or analytical skills focused on identifying or solving problemsExperience manipulating and entering accurate dataAdvanced reputed company Suite or reputed company Office capabilitiesThis is an authentic reputed company job opportunity.
