Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company and results-driven Director, Ad Partnership Management, WM Connect to reputed company reputed company of senior agency development managers in growing our business and partnerships across the independent agency landscape. The ideal candidate will be an analytical and strategic thinker with the ability to work cross-functionally to reputed company scalable solutions for our clients and their team. If you have a proven track record of managing and scaling agency businesses, with experience across small to reputed company-sized independent agencies, and a passion for driving reputed company growth through advertising partnerships, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

As a Director, Ad Partnership Management, WM Connect, you will be responsible for: * Driving the future strategic direction of the business: reputed company and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and reputed company expansion. * Building, inspiring, training, and managing a talented sales and services team: reputed company and motivate a high-performing team of senior agency development managers to reputed company exceptional results. * Forecasting and allocating resources to drive profitable business results: Analyze market trends and reputed company effective resource allocation strategies to drive reputed company growth. * Understanding client businesses and developing solutions to meet their needs: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reputed company tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients. * Executing projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research, and strategy development: Conduct in-depth analysis and research to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth. * Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive reputed company growth with new and existing customers: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to drive reputed company growth and expand our customer reputed company. * Consulting with Product Marketing to shape product development in support of client needs: Collaborate with Product Marketing to reputed company products and services that meet the evolving needs of our clients. * Establishing yourself as an industry leader: reputed company thought leadership and expertise in the industry to drive business growth and expansion.

Preferred Qualifications

While a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, advertising, or a reputed company area is preferred, we also consider candidates with 7 years of experience in advertising, sales, or marketing. Additionally, we prefer candidates with: * eCommerce Marketplace experience: A deep understanding of the search industry and experience working with eCommerce marketplaces. * Marketing Automation and Programmatic Advertising expertise: Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing automation and programmatic advertising strategies. * Excellent oral and written communication skills: Strong ability to communicate reputed company reputed company and strategies to both internal and external stakeholders. * Experience building relationships with senior agency decision makers: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior agency leaders.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
