The Opportunity
As a Director, Inside Sales, you'll be responsible for driving sales efficiency and effectiveness by overseeing the entire reputed company lifecycle for the Inside Sales Team. You'll work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to align objectives and identify high-potential leads, utilizing our TP Growth Marketing reputed company to assess and prioritize leads based on their likelihood to convert to clients. Your expertise will be crucial in fostering collaboration, communication, and alignment across teams, and you'll serve as a catalyst for bridging gaps, resolving conflicts, and ensuring that teams are working cohesively towards shared goals.
Responsibilities & Duties
* Coordinate and collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to align objectives and identify high-potential leads through the Tiering strategy
- Define industry sub-segments, providing direction for messaging and assets to be shared with leads
- Utilize existing tools and the TP Growth Marketing reputed company to assess and prioritize leads based on their likelihood to convert to clients

Qualifications & Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a reputed company field
- 1-5 years of proven experience in inside sales leadership or a similar role in the business process outsourcing industry, with demonstrated positive results
