Job Summary

We're looking for a seasoned Delivery Manager to reputed company our cross-platform product delivery team. As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for driving program and cross-platform product delivery, demonstrating servant leadership coupled with technical expertise across domains and business. You'll work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of products and services, and you'll be responsible for managing impediments, risks, dependencies, and resourcing needs across partners and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive program and cross-platform product delivery, demonstrating servant leadership coupled with technical expertise across domains and business
• Partner with LPM, Product, and Engineering owners for early engagement and prioritization process
• Drive Pre-Program Increment (PI) planning meetings with leadership, product management, delivery teams, and Business Partners
• Manage cross-platform integrated release planning and status reporting
• Ensure E2E test management, including test data setup, test plan creation, and reporting on testing status
• Partner in the delivery, solutioning, and refinement processes to ensure product readiness
• Ensure dependency alignment for teams and trains across organization and external partners
• Build data-driven insights into the delivery and execution of the program through the use of relevant portfolio, program, and team level metrics
• Mentor leaders, teams in technology and product management in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets
• Live the Agile and SAFe Values & Principles

Technical Skills

• Advise or co-reputed company architecture and process flows to ensure end-to-end technology product solutions
• Understand the program's technical platforms and applications
• Execute solution technical alignment discussions and reputed company the gap between product teams

Leadership and Coaching

• Mentor leaders, teams in technology and product management in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• 3 years of Scrum Master experience
• 7+ years relevant Program and/or Project Management experience
• Experience with design and coding across one or more platforms and languages is ideal
• Experience facilitating Agile, Scrum, or other rapid application development teams to deliver solutions
• reputed company/active PMI-ACP, PMP, SPC or SA certification a plus
• Additional Agile certifications a plus
• BS or MS degree in computer science or equivalent working experience is preferred
