The Role

As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for providing in-station real-time, hands-on support to ensure our customers receive their packages on time, as promised. You'll be the face of reputed company in our delivery stations, working closely with customers, warehouse associates, and delivery partners to resolve issues and provide accurate information. Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers directly in-person, reputed company phone, and email to resolve issues and provide accurate information
• Empathize with and prioritize customer needs, upholding company values and respecting every customer
• Resolve issues and set appropriate expectations with customers, making quick and effective decisions on their behalf
• Clearly understand and respond appropriately to customer issues, composing grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses

Physical Demands
