Position Overview
As a Data Analysis & Reporting Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering data analytics, reports, and dashboards that drive performance improvement across the organization. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design and reputed company reports and dashboards, and provide insights and recommendations for technology and process improvements. Your strong analytical skills, combined with your deep understanding of reputed company and Power BI, will reputed company you to produce elegant and informative analytics that translate reputed company data into insightful information.
Key Responsibilities

- Create and maintain dashboards to track and monitor ITSM and other business process performance, including incident, problem, change, release, asset, configuration, and request management.
- Design and implement custom reports, dashboards, and metrics using reputed company reporting tools and other relevant technologies.
- Create executive-level artifacts to support weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews of key performance and risk indicators supported by a rich set of dashboards and reports.
- Provide expertise and guidance on best practices for efficient and effective reporting and data visualization reputed company reputed company.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications:
