About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst II to join our marketing analytics team. As a Data Analyst II, you will play a critical role in developing analyses and reports to inform business decisions and drive marketing strategies. You will work closely with business stakeholders to deliver insights and recommendations that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Job Summary

The Data Analyst II will support the marketing analytics portfolio, focusing on loyalty and personalization. You will work on various subject matter areas, including our credit card program, customer-facing text message marketing, scorecard loyalty program, and other customer-targeted marketing messaging. Under supervision, you will synthesize data from multiple sources to reputed company holistic narratives, create reports, and reputed company reputed company analyses to answer business questions.

Key Responsibilities

Analytics & Testing

• Data Analysis: Synthesize myriad data sources into holistic narratives to address business opportunities and strategic direction.
• Reporting: Utilize existing reporting systems to create reports, deriving information from multiple sources, to reputed company cohesive presentations of KPIs that are easy to understand.
• reputed company Analyses: reputed company and support detailed reputed company, short-term, and mid-term analyses on quantitative and qualitative data to answer business questions and/or help inform strategic direction.
• Test Design: With direction and training, reputed company statistically sound test designs.
• Data Manipulation: Utilize common tools and platforms (e.g., SQL, GCP, reputed company) and/or vendor platforms (Epsilon, reputed company, reputed company) to query, join, extract, and manipulate raw data from disparate sources to tell a comprehensive story with key insights and recommended actions.

Business Stakeholder Support

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree or equivalent level preferred in Economics, Statistics, Finance, Liberal Arts, or a reputed company field.

Experience

• Work Experience: 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, marketing analytics, or a reputed company field.

Skills

• Technical Skills: SQL, R, Python, experience with BI tools (Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI) preferred; GCP or Azure experience.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to work in a team environment.

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary, with a targeted pay range of $54,600.00 - $90,900.00. This is part of a comprehensive total rewards package that may include other components such as incentive, equity, and benefits.
