As a Contribution Processor (Payroll Services), you will be responsible for processing payroll remittance payments and documentation, reconciling payment amounts, and allocating payments to participant accounts using our proprietary system. Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process payroll remittance payments and documentation from employers and third-party administrators
• Reconcile Payroll Remittance payment amounts and documentation
• Escalate matching and other reputed company problems to the Resolution Team
• Use proprietary system to allocate payments to participant accounts
• Most work performed on computer and by phone
• Meet or exceed required level of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in reputed company reputed company areas
• Complete other projects as assigned by Supervisor or Product Manager

Essential Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
