The Role

As a Corporate Recruiter at reputed company, you will report to the Director of reputed company and be responsible for managing multiple job requisitions across various stages of the recruiting process. You will work closely with Hiring Managers to craft detailed job descriptions, reputed company interview plans, and facilitate the candidate evaluation process. Your goal will be to deliver an exceptional candidate experience, exceed Hiring Manager expectations, and drive business results through data-driven recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct first-round screenings with a discerning eye, assessing candidates' knowledge, skills, and experience to ensure a smooth and efficient pipeline.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to craft detailed job descriptions and hiring criteria that align with business objectives.

• Provide proactive guidance to Hiring Managers and interviewers on hiring decisions and best practices.
