Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Child Development Technician to join our Kids First reputed company reputed company program. As a key member of reputed company, you will provide high-quality care and reputed company to young children with developmental delays and special medical needs. Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to a group of young children, including serving mealtimes, assisting with feeding, diapering, and dressing.
- Offer developmentally appropriate behavioral guidance reputed company daily scheduled activities.
- Collaborate with the Early Childhood Development Specialist (ECDS) to provide individualized developmental services in a child-centered, family-focused manner.

Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 6 months of experience working in the care of children.
- Ability to pass state abuse registry checks, drug screen, submit to a TB skin test, and required immunizations.

- Additional education, such as CCOT, CDA, AA, or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a reputed company field.
- Experience working with children with special needs.
