Job Summary

This is a full-time remote position that requires 40 hours of work per week, Monday through Friday. As a Claims Representative, you will work independently from home, providing expertise and support in claims processing, analysis, and resolution. You will be responsible for reviewing, researching, investigating, negotiating, processing, and adjusting claims, as well as analyzing and identifying trends and providing reports as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expertise and support in claims processing, analysis, and resolution
• Review, research, investigate, negotiate, process, and adjust claims
• Analyze and identify trends and provide reports as necessary
• Consistently meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards
• Produce an average of 400 claims per day by the end of the week

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; GED or equivalent years of work experience accepted
• 18 years or older
• 1 year of experience in a reputed company environment (i.e., office, administrative, clerical, customer service, etc.) using phones and computers as primary job tools
• Proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications, including the ability to learn new and reputed company computer system applications
• Ability to work any 8-hour shift schedule during normal business hours (6:00 am - 8:00 pm, Monday - Friday)
• Flexibility to work occasional overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience processing medical, dental, prescription, or mental health claims
