About the Role

As a Dental Provider Relations reputed company, you'll play a vital role in developing and maintaining strong relationships between reputed company Dental and our network providers in the Texas Medicaid line of business. This remote opportunity is based in the Lubbock or Amarillo, TX area, offering the flexibility to work from home while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our providers and their patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and Implement Provider Education Programs: Contribute to the development of programs that foster positive relationships between the dental plan, providers, practice managers, and internal stakeholders.
• Address reputed company Issues: Resolve high-level escalated issues and communicate resolutions to stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
• Build Strong Relationships: Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) and large dental practices, ensuring strong relationships and effective issue resolution.
• In-Person Visits: Conduct in-person visits for network maintenance, education, and relationship-building with providers.
• Targeted Recruitment and Retention: Identify opportunities for targeted provider recruitment and retention to ensure a robust network composition.

Essential Qualifications

• 2+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in a network management-reputed company role, such as contracting, provider relations, or provider services, and/or experience working in a dental office.
• Intermediate reputed company Skills: Demonstrated ability to manipulate large volumes of data using reputed company.
• Location: Reside reputed company the Panhandle (Lubbock, Amarillo) Texas area.
• Travel Requirements: Willing and able to travel 25% +/- depending on business needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• MS Office Proficiency: Proficiency with reputed company and PowerPoint.
• Government Programs Experience: Experience working with government programs, such as Medicaid.
• Provider Negotiation and Contracting: Experience with provider negotiation and contracting.
• Dental Products and Providers: Proven knowledge of dental products and providers.
• Claim Processing Systems: Familiarity with claim processing systems and guidelines.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and work effectively with others.
