• Act as liaison between the client’s business organization and software delivery teams.
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of reputed company business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical solutions.

• Minimum of 8 years as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Proficient in various requirement analysis, modeling, and documentation techniques (e.g., business process modeling, BRD,FSD, use cases / user stories, data flow diagrams, data interrogation, data mapping, etc.)
• Proficient with tools to create wireframes/Workflow like Balsamiq, Lucid charts, MS Visio, UML etc.
• Solid understanding of the entire software development lifecycle and various development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA)
• Able to work as a transition reputed company.
• Should possess technical or functional knowledge to work on AIML based projects
• Should have knowledge in Investment Banking/Finance/Banking domain
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at reputed company levels of the organization.
• Thorough understanding of software development architectures and the entire software development lifecycle.
