nAbout the Role- We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to join our People Operations team on a part-time basis (at least 20 hours per week). This role is an excellent opportunity for a student or early-career professional interested in HR operations, onboarding, and recruitment process management. You will work closely with the VP of People Operations to support the day-to-day function of our HR team, with a particular focus on coordinating recruiting processes and ensuring smooth onboarding for new hires.
- Recruiting Coordination
- Schedule candidate interviews and manage communication between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Track recruiting pipeline status and prepare regular updates for the VP of People Ops.
- Assist in maintaining accurate candidate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Maintain the HC data.
- Onboarding Support
- Prepare onboarding schedules and checklists for new hires.
- Assist with preparing documentation and ensuring completion of pre-hire requirements.
- Coordinate orientation sessions and help with new hire engagement touchpoints.
- HR Operations Support
- Provide general administrative support across HR functions.
- Assist with updating employee records, HR dashboards, and reports.
- Contribute to special HR projects as assigned by the VP of People Ops.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or reputed company field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency with reputed company Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and willingness to learn HR tools.
- Interest in HR, reputed company, and people operations.
- Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
- Hands-on experience in recruiting, onboarding, and HR operations.
- Direct mentorship from the VP of People Operations.
- Exposure to the full HR lifecycle in a growing company.
- Opportunity to reputed company organizational, communication, and process-management skills.
- Potential to work full time after successful internship
- At least 20 hours per week (flexible scheduling available).
- 3â6 month internship, with potential extension based on performance and business needs.
