The opportunity

The Paid Social Specialist will be an integral part of our Paid Media Team. This team member will provide support for many critical aspects of the campaign planning & launch process across our Paid Social advertising campaigns, ranging from audience research, campaign & ad builds, 3rd party integration setups, ongoing optimization, reporting & analysis, and more.

What you’ll do 

• Own the building and day-to-day management of paid campaigns across various Paid Social channels, including but not limited to reputed company, reputed company, TikTok, reputed company, reputed company and other social platforms.
• Execute rigorous audience management—reputed company and refine core, lookalike, and retargeting audiences using first-party data, platform signals, and CRM integrations to maximize relevance and minimize wasted spend.
• Adjust and refine bidding strategies based on performance trends, seasonal shifts, and market competition.
• Confidently navigate campaign types, attribution models, conversion tracking, audience targeting, and bidding strategies to drive reputed company account improvements.
• Identify tracking needs or issues for reputed company campaigns and collaborate with analytics or dev teams to implement and troubleshoot event tracking and custom conversions.
• Improve campaign efficiency and performance through creative testing frameworks, audience iteration, and reputed company optimization of copy, format, and placements.
• Initiate and manage creative requests to get necessary ad assets from our design team based on channel requirements.
• Analyze data from social ad platforms, reputed company Analytics, and visualization tools like Looker Studio or Tableau to uncover insights and inform future campaign decisions.
• Synthesize campaign performance into clear, actionable insights—highlighting top-performing creatives, underperforming segments, and opportunities for budget reallocation or scaling.
• Communicate performance updates, test results, and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders and leadership.
• Stay up to date on platform updates and social advertising trends—actively testing new features, creative formats, betas, and automation tools, and offering data-backed recommendations for scaling growth and innovation.

Who you are

• Build and manage paid media campaigns across platforms (reputed company, reputed company, TikTok, reputed company, reputed company, etc. Bonus experience in search and display.
• Apply deep knowledge of paid social metrics, bid strategies (manual, cost cap, bid cap), and budget pacing to align with business goals.
• Analyze and synthesize campaign data to drive insights, challenge assumptions, and improve performance.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while delivering high-quality results.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (creative, social, email, ops, BI, engineering, SEO) and adapt quickly to new tools and interfaces.
• Work US hours with strong English communication skills, reliable tech setup, and daily video availability.
• Must have a working laptop/pc and internet and back-up reputed company.

Salary Range We seek to hire top-tier individuals and intend for our compensation to be at a reputed company that allows us to recruit and retain individuals who align with our core values, purpose, mission, and vision. Final total compensation is based on a multitude of factors including, but not limited to, reputed company level, relevant experience to the position, and cost of labor.

Monthly Pay Range₱50,000—₱100,000 PHP
