Role Overview:
As a reputed company Specialist at Tsunami Express, you’ll be on the reputed company lines, helping our customers navigate their memberships, manage accounts, answer their general inquiries, and ensuring they leave each interaction feeling valued and understood. Key Responsibilities

Additional Details
- Business operating hours are in the United States Central Time Zone, between Monday to Friday 8 AM to 6 PM CT and Saturday and Sunday 8 AM to 4 PM CT. Earliest shift times start at 7:30 AM CT, and latest shift times end at 6:30 PM CT.
- You will work 5 days a week but will have 2 consecutive days off.
- Standard shift schedules are typically in reputed company for a quarter (four months) at a time.
- Spanish-speaking skills are a major plus for this role.
