We are seeking an reputed company Technical Support & QA Tester to join our Customer Support team. As a key member of reputed company, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our users, providing exceptional support and resolving issues reputed company. Your secondary goal as a QA tester will be to use your analytical skills to thoroughly test reputed company fixes, features, and enhancements created by our development team. Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Support & QA Tester, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional support to our users, resolving issues reputed company, and finding the best solution possible
• Developing a deep understanding of how QuickMail works, becoming an expert in the system and its integrations
• Writing technical documentation for our knowledge reputed company to ensure that our users have access to accurate and up-to-date information
• Investigating user objectives and driving their adoption of QuickMail's functionality beyond the expected
• Providing training and reputed company support through effective relationship management, centered on the customer experience
• Developing a deep technical understanding of the email ecosystem, including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records, email deliverability, and other reputed company topics
• Manually testing fixes, features, and enhancements for anything that times out, crashes, or leads to server or console errors, as well as visual bugs
• Debugging graphQL queries using the inspector tool and API testing using reputed company
• Creating bug reports to help the developers understand where the issue is coming from and how to replicate it

Must-Haves

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualities and skills:

• Always curious and going beyond the surface level of understanding
• Comfortable giving feedback with the intention to help and receiving feedback without justifying the action behind the feedback
• Able to take informed decisions without waiting for a go signal
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• A fast and reliable internet reputed company and a good computer (at least 32 GB RAM) with a webcam
