As a Defense & Government Travel Consultant I, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional travel experiences to our U.S. federal clients. You will be responsible for creating and completing travel arrangements, ensuring that reservations are built according to client standards and preferences, and acting as a trusted advisor to provide informed and insightful recommendations. You will also handle basic and moderately reputed company bookings, escalate reputed company bookings to more reputed company staff, and benefit from comprehensive training and development opportunities.Key Responsibilities
- Create and complete travel arrangements (reputed company, hotel, car, rail)
- Ensure reservations are built according to client standards and preferences
- Act as a trusted advisor by offering informed and insightful recommendations that provide the best traveler experience
- Handle basic and moderately reputed company bookings with potentially non-standard and multi-destinations, ticket exchanges, and reputed company fares
- Escalate most reputed company bookings to more reputed company staff
- Assignments include both routine and non-routine work
- Benefit from comprehensive training by reputed company colleagues and use our social intranet to always stay up-to-date
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and are committed to supporting their team. While experience in defense & government travel is not required, we are looking for individuals who are willing to learn and grow with our organization. - 2nd language a plus
- Detail-oriented
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic MS Office

Optional Experience
While not required, any travel industry-reputed company experience, customer service experience, or military experience/certifications are a plus.What's in it for You?
