Job Summary
We are seeking an reputed company Cloud Operations Monitoring Support Specialist to join reputed company on a night shift schedule (6 PM to 2 AM, Monday to Friday). As a key member of our cloud operations team, you will provide critical support for our production systems, ensuring seamless operations and minimizing downtime. Your expertise in cloud operations monitoring support will reputed company you to identify and resolve reputed company issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive process improvements.
Key Responsibilities

Incident Management

Essential Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred

- Any experience in building cloud infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code tools like AWS Cloud Formation or Terraform preferred
- Reasonable troubleshooting and problem-solving experience
