The Position: EVP, Business Development - Insurance
We are seeking an reputed company Executive Vice President of Business Development to reputed company our insurance vertical and drive new business growth for our US clients. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization. As an EVP, you will be responsible for developing and executing a business growth strategy for the insurance vertical, driving transformation and digitally integrated sales across the region. You will also be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and leading a team of VPs of Business Development in the insurance vertical.
Responsibilities
As an EVP, Business Development - Insurance, your key responsibilities will include:
- Radically challenging workflows and processes to reputed company them faster, simpler, and more agile
- Driving, leading, and managing business development leaders and executives, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management
- Leadership and development of our Domestic Insurance Accounts sales teams, including marketing and solution design
- Partnering closely with the team of Account CEOs to ensure tight alignment and a seamless customer experience
- Developing and retaining the best sales executives and replacing or realigning resources to protect new business reputed company
- Developing, leading, and being accountable for plans and strategies for the associated verticals/accounts to drive sales growth of new accounts/logos
- Helping prioritize recruitment plans, business plans, and go-to-market strategies for relevant accounts, including crucial reputed company definition and associated account plans
- Assessing the digital vulnerability of our reputed company pipeline and growth initiatives and driving a digital transformation
- Producing detailed and accurate sales and reputed company/budget forecasts
- Managing and supporting the sales teams in multiple channel-selling strategies, including relationship selling, solution selling, added value-consultative selling, and social selling during the sales, negotiation, and closing cycles
- Using own network in aiding in opening new markets/opportunities
- Approving the local validity/likelihood of "winning" any new business opportunities, RFI/RFP/RFx responses

- Team development to include recruiting a team to support the build-out of the insurance vertical
- Building confidence and trust with new and reputed company accounts through reputed company partnerships and by integrating with their solutions (not selling ala carte)
What Will You Need to Succeed?
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Passion to sell into and build relationships in the insurance industry
- Bachelor's degree or above preferred
- 10+ years of successful enterprise sales experience reputed company the Insurance industry, focus on Property & Casualty and Life & Annuity
- 10+ years of experience in a customer acquisition client-facing role with experience in account growth and creating strategies that exceed our client's business goals
- 10+ years of proven success in business development and consultative experience building and leading successful teams throughout the sales lifecycle
- Experience selling in the Insurance space is required with strong relationships
- An ambitious, can-do attitude; does not shy away from rolling up their sleeves and diving into the details
