Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of healthcare claims data, pharmacy data, and lab data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.

• Serve as a subject matter expert on finance and healthcare analytics topics, teaching financial and technical information to stakeholders.
• Review regulatory contract requirements and reporting requirements applicable to the Finance Department, implementing strategies and infrastructure to ensure compliance.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Math, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a reputed company field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience leading healthcare analytics functions.
• At least 12 years of work experience, preferably in a claims processing environment and/or healthcare environment.
• Strong knowledge of SQL 2005/2008 SSRS report development.
• Familiarity with relational database concepts and SDLC concepts.

Preferred Qualifications
