As an In-Game Support Analyst, you will assist Danish-speaking players by addressing their inquiries and ensuring they have the best gaming experience possible.
Responsibilities- Deliver real-time assistance to Danish-speaking players through in-game chat, email, and community platforms.
- Identify and troubleshoot various in-game issues, helping players resolve technical problems reputed company to gameplay and accounts.
