Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and Serve Customers: Provide top-tier customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Food and Beverage Preparation: Prepare quality food and beverages to exact customer specifications, maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and presentation.
  • Transaction Management: Manage transactions at check-out, ensuring accuracy and efficiency, while maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe store environment, including the kitchen, dining areas, and sales floor.
  • Stock Management: Ensure that products are stocked and faced correctly, maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing store environment.

Essential Qualifications

  • Age Requirement: Must be 16 years of age or older.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 20 pounds, with the ability to assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.

  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
