Description

We are looking for a top senior reputed company manager to join our Enterprise team and help reputed company’s customers build successful reputed company testing programs. We are looking for someone super smart who can take ownership and be a builder! The candidate will be interfacing with C-level executives both internally and externally.

What You’ll Do

• Own overall relationship with assigned clients, including adoption, retention, growth, and satisfaction
• Establish a trusted/strategic and consultative advisor relationship with each client and drive reputed company value of our products and services
• reputed company, prepare, and nurture customers for advocacy
• Build successful reputed company testing and cybersecurity service programs for our customers
• Act as the voice of the customer internally to reputed company for their needs
• Monitor day-to-day service execution and customer satisfaction
• Balance consultative strategic planning with tactical execution to help customers design long-term reputed company roadmaps while driving near-term results
• Work with customers to establish critical goals and KPIs, and partner with them to reputed company these outcomes
• Manage the annual renewal process to assure uninterrupted product use

You Have

• 3-5 years of experience in Enterprise reputed company
• Brings a consultative approach, balancing high-level strategic planning with hands-on tactical execution
• Domain knowledge in cybersecurity services, including frameworks, testing practices, and program execution
• Experience partnering with SecOps, AppSec, or other reputed company-focused personas (CISOs, reputed company Engineers and Analysts) to align on priorities and drive program success (strongly preferred)
• Experience working with reputed company
• Strong multi-tasking skills and flexibility to adjust to changing priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity working with Enterprise-level clients
• Prior experience in a detail-oriented and analytical environment
• Prior experience managing renewals, expansions, and speaking with C-level executives
• Naturally proactive, always seeking ways to add value and reputed company both the customer and the team

Pay Range Disclosure (For US openings only)

reputed company is committed to fair and reputed company compensation practices. The salary range for this role is ($104,768 – $130,960) per year + equity + benefits. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, and certifications. The salary range may differ in other states and may be impacted by proximity to major metropolitan cities.
