Your Role As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will manage full-cycle recruiting for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions supporting our staffing and services programs. This is a high-impact recruiting role supporting multiple technical openings and working closely with internal teams to deliver qualified candidates quickly and reputed company. Successful recruiters in this role are comfortable operating in a collaborative submission-driven staffing model, delivering qualified candidates per requirement reputed company defined service-level timelines. Responsibilities include:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for IT contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire roles

- Screen candidates for technical qualifications, experience, and client requirements
- Partner with account executives and hiring managers to understand position requirements and recruiting priorities

- Agency-level and staff augmentation recruiting experience required

- Strong sourcing skills and ability to identify passive candidates

Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
