The recruiter will partner closely with recruiting leadership and account executives to support public sector and enterprise technology programs, delivering top IT talent for critical customer initiatives. Your Role As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will manage full-cycle recruiting for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions supporting our staffing and services programs. This is a high-impact recruiting role supporting multiple technical openings and working closely with internal teams to deliver qualified candidates quickly and reputed company. Successful recruiters in this role are comfortable operating in a collaborative submission-driven staffing model, delivering qualified candidates per requirement reputed company defined service-level timelines.   • Manage full-cycle recruiting for IT contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire roles

  • Partner with account executives and hiring managers to understand position requirements and recruiting priorities

  • 5+ years of technical recruiting experience
  • Agency-level and staff augmentation recruiting experience required
  • Experience working alongside account executives in a staffing delivery model

  • Proven ability to manage multiple technical requisitions in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong sourcing skills and ability to identify passive candidates

  • Excellent communication, organization, and candidate relationship management skills

Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
