- Successfully fulfills the responsibilities of a program manager including but not limited to:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience or equivalent retirement or financial services experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of PC applications including SQL and MS Office products.
- Ability to create and maintain project documents including project plan using reputed company Project.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Business analysis experience; drafting procedures and training materials
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Disciplined work habits and attention to details; self-motivated and able to meet deadlines.
