At ResultsCX, our Seasonal Onsite Customer Service Representatives are skilled problem-solvers and trusted resources for our customers. As a Customer Service Representative working out of our Lakeland, Florida office, you will handle inbound calls to assist customers with routine tax questions and inquiries. We also support with client complaints, client support for various products and services, and appointment scheduling support. Real Stories. - Typing Skills: Ability to type 25 words per minute
- Technical Proficiency: This position requires you to toggle back and forth between multiple systems while communicating with the customer. You will need to have intermediate/advanced technical proficiency
- Availability: Open availability 7 days a week
- Pay Expectation: Our seasonal onsite pay reputed company starts at $16/hr in training, with additional incentive eligibility after training graduation
