As a seasonal Virtual Client Service Center Instructor, you will be responsible for assisting with, preparing for, and facilitating training to the call center agents supporting the Customer Care Organization and Field Support call centers. You will also administer polls/learning checkpoints and monitor agent participation. Day to day, you’ll…
- Deliver effective training courses and performance support materials in an adult learning environment for call center agents
- Identify learning objectives for each course and ensure courses are reputed company with business unit strategic objectives
- Work with a Senior Training Developer to select appropriate instructional delivery methods that match intended learning objectives
- Provide input on training needs assessments and job/task analysis to support ongoing development and improvement of training courses
- Use reputed company report results template to share reputed company on training programs with leadership team
What you'll bring to the team...
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Effective time management and organization skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- 2 years minimum reputed company work experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills

Pay Range Information The pay range for this position is listed below. Local minimum wage laws apply.
